Mahesh Gavhane

Mahesh Gavhane is part of the Physical Security Industry for more than 26 Years and have worked in organizations like Omni Smart Solutions, Datamatics, Siemens Information System Ltd & HID Global.
He has experience from a Solution development perspective to System Integration to Product Management & Business Management. Prior to promoting the Security Shells Infotech venture, he was handling the Physical Access Business Segment for HID India for South Asia region and was instrumental in establishing the HID Access Control Solution business in India With more than 26 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mahesh Gavhane has extensive expertise in identification technologies. He has been involved in several Smart Card projects, including Access Control, e-Purse, PKI based Logical Access Solutions and other Smart Card based applications. His goal and Vision at Security Shells Infotech is to develop a converged Identity Access Solution to the customers which is an important aspect which all organization need to look at from Organization Security perspective.

Ajit Phatake

Director

Ajit Phatake after completing his Bachelor of Engineer in Mechanical stream from College of Engineering Pune marched to US University of Houston, Texas for pursuing MS with specialization in Optimization, Robotics and Control Systems. To gain on field experience, has worked at Tata Motors (Engineering Research Centre – ERC) and at Quest Automation LLC, Alvin, Texas.
It was in 2007 that the Entrepreneur Bug hit and he returned to India to start Cybernetics Software Pvt Ltd. Being a founding member of the organization and having gained technical expertise, he always strived hard to develop smart systems for a variety of industries including Electronics, Software Development, Automation, Access Control Systems and Marketing industry. His strength has been in ‘Design & Product Architecture’ and with this strength, he is been successful in developing solutions like iSecure – Identity & Access Management Solution on HID Global platform for more than 500 customers, iProtect – Access & Time Management solution on HIKVISION platform and BhejoSMS - SMS, Voice processing Solutions in Astrix and SIP platforms handling SMS traffic to the tune of more than 50 Million SMSs per month covering more than 10,000 customers. During the entrepreneurial journey, there were been failures as well in ventures like iMobileSecurity, Foodzfresh, SABFarmers, Hospital Management System. With a goal of “Making the world better place...”, he tried his luck as well in Politics in 2014. But he believes, that Failure has taught him more than the Success could have… His hobbies are Reading, History, Exploring technologies, Human Behaviour, Classical Movies and passion of ‘Taking Moon Shots..’

Sachin Desarda

Director

Sachin Desarda pursued his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications stream from College of Engineering Pune. He worked at PTC (Parametric Technologies), BMC Software and IBM. He gained experience in Software Development, Testing and as Remedy Analyst.
During his work tenure, he gained experience in Design & Testing domain. Being college colleague of Mr. Ajit Phatake during education at COEP, the exchange of thoughts lead to a strong bonding of friendship and both decided to jointly venture out to execute themselves with the baggage of experience. It was in the year 2013, he joined Cybernetics Software Pvt Ltd as a full time director. Being a founding member of the organization and having gained technical expertise, he executed his experience in building various solutions in SMS and Telephony domain. Finance, being his strength, he spearheaded the operations at Cybernetics Software Pvt. Ltd. & later at Security Shells Infotech Pvt. Ltd. to bring financial stability, viability and growth for organizations by devising the methods to increase the leads, methods to convert the leads into sales. By the virtue of his efforts, he converted both the organizations into profitable ventures. His hobbies are Travelling, exploring the world and Tennis and has passion of ‘Making idea at hand into a profitable venture’. His Aim & Goal is to make Cybernetics Software Pvt Ltd & Security Shells Infotech Pvt. Ltd. more than 100Cr. Organization in revenue.
