MSC needed a single access-control platform spanning its logistics offices and warehouses in Chennai, Kochi and Bengaluru for approximately 2,500 employees. Previously, each location ran an independent system with its own card database, making it impossible to give travelling employees access without local IT support, and providing no consolidated audit trail for management.
