HID CLMS (Contract Labour Management System) is the CLMS module within the iSecure platform, combined with HID Aero X1100 controllers, VIRDI biometric readers and optional ANPR boom-barrier integration. It manages the complete contract-labour lifecycle — work-order creation, contractor onboarding, document verification, safety training tracking, HOD approval workflows, token generation and gate-pass issuance — with biometric authentication at every gate.
Manufacturing and chemical processing facilities using large contract workforces face significant compliance, safety and security challenges. The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act mandates documentation and oversight of contract workers, HSE frameworks require safety training before site entry, and physical security demands verified identity at every gate. Chambal Fertilizers' Kota facility has a large contract workforce for plant maintenance and construction activities. Managing contractor documentation, safety training records and site access through paper-based processes left compliance gaps for the Contract Labour Act, created unsafe conditions (untrained workers on-site) and provided no defensible record of who was in the plant at any time. Vehicle access at the main gate was uncontrolled.
