Overview:


    • iCafe is a Cashless Canteen Management Solution designed to simplify and enhance Canteen  engagement by eliminating the tedious activities related to cash reconciliation, menu management, user debit management and order processing.

    • iCafe facilitates swift operation for Vendor Management, Tenant Management, Order Management and Reporting.iCafe is been designed keeping in mind the “Multi-tenant facilities” wherein there is a premise owner (who owns the facility and also provides facility services to the tenants), with multiple tenants (companies) occupying the facility and with multiple vendors (Café Coffee Day, Subway, etc.) occupying a common / large cafeteria to provide food services to all the employees / users of all the tenants within the facility.

      Order placing at the billing counter (either card based or non card based authentication)

      Facility to configure different modes of operations (tenant wise) for prepaid (cashless) transactions, expenses on the spot and company (tenant) borne expenses by setting limits

      Configuration of various stages of employee lifecycle within the organization (blocking of employee, suspension of employee and activation of employee)

      Order listing screen wherein all the orders for the day are listed for reference

      Strong employee authentication configurations available busing Unique PIN or in combination of Card + PIN. Further strong authentication can also be configured using OTP (One Time Password) on Mobile Phones

       

      ‘Kitchen display’ which gives listing of all the pending orders and also have a facility to mark the order as ‘Delivered’ once the order is delivered
